1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across all locations in India.
International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Shipping Time

  • Order Processing Time: 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Delivery Time: 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

  • Remote areas may take slightly longer.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: ₹49 for orders below ₹999

  • Free Shipping: On all orders above ₹999

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly mentioned at checkout before payment.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS.

  • You can track your shipment in real-time through the provided courier partner's website.

5. Delays

While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:

  • Unforeseen weather conditions

  • Courier service disruptions

  • Natural calamities or local restrictions

We appreciate your patience and understanding in such rare cases.

6. Address & Contact Information

Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate when placing an order. Trendy Aura is not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect information.

7. Undelivered Packages

If a package is undelivered due to:

  • Incomplete/incorrect address

  • No response from the customer

  • Refusal to accept the package

It may be returned to us. Re-delivery will be chargeable.
